If I didn't have to be anywhere all day, (like 2x/month), I would eat 11 am, then maybe 5 or 6, but as it is, by the time I'm done working and going to gym or whatever else I'm doing, I wouldn't get dinner until 10 pm. I have more time in the morning, would rather not eat so late when I've got to get up before 6 am

Re: Where Would You Be Without Modern Medicine?

I think that already exists to a certain extent..... i think it called something like naturopathy or something.....

Re: Where Would You Be Without Modern Medicine?

what if we had an intregation between modern and traditional medicine? I agree whole heartedly, breakfast is overrated! I look foreword to my evening meal, and most importantly the sleepiness that follows after eating what I've been waiting to eat all day! Not to mention the lack of concern of preparing a meal to take to work, more to time to focus on other things, in my case my lunchtime workout.... I've been eating like this for years!

Re: Short vs Long Term Thinking

John, your words, your work, and whole no nonsense attitude never fails to impress and inspire me. I am 46 years old and added testosterone to my body with awesome results. I have never been so ripped ever in my life and I have been a fitness guru since 2005 when I did my first body for life challenge. I do get confused on what is best, what is just fillers, and how much to simply rely on from our food we eat. How bout the cave man diet? The alpha males back in the day with high testosterone simply were born with what they simply just had to feed. Is there a question here? What are your day to day meals and how much time do you spend doing weight training and cardio per week? Do you find as you age you have to hit certain muscle groups harder and longer to get results? I find myself now a days doing 3-4 exercises per muscle group to really get the results. Especially my arms.

Also my wife says my Ego needs to be stroked way to much with my results...what would be my best strategy to stop using the testosterone so do not put myself into harms way.
Dean

Re: BMI chart – What is all the fuss about?

My biggest problem with the chart is that the numbers in the chart differ with actual body measurements of my body fat. I am 5'8" and 185 lbs, which on the chart puts me around 27-28 BMI, but my actual body fat is around 18%. The cutoffs for over- and underweight aside, the calculations are inaccurate for a lot of people because it doesn't take into account anything other than height and weight.

Re: About

hey john.. :) i found that your venus factor didnt really work for me... i want my refund, please.
